he Nike Flex Experience 5 Print Big Kids' Running Shoe features perforations and mesh for superb ventilation with every stride. Deep flex grooves underfoot allow natural range of motion.
Nike Flex: this technology was made to ensure the more natural movement of feet during running sessions, as it would improve the stability and would not restrict any movements at the same time. The principle of Nike Flex outsole is the unique, sturdy, yet lightweight grooves and their allocation, to ensure the maximum flexibility and great traction.
Mesh Upper: this is a fabric that is implemented into a growing number of new outdoor and indoor sports shoes. The primary advantage of the mesh upper is that it is lightweight and breathable – it helps the foot to cool off and stay dry in warm weather conditions and during intense workouts, as the sweat and excess moisture is evaporated. Cleaning: soak a cloth in a cold water and gently clean the surface after wearing until the mud has sunk in. Let the surface dry itself. Do not soak it in water, wash in a washing machine, nor dry in a dryer.
Synthetic Leather: this material does not stretch out, and is more sturdy, durable and lighter than natural leather. Cleaning: soak a cloth in a cold water and gently clean the surface after wearing until the mud has sunk in. Let the surface dry itself. Use professional shoe shiners to restore the colour of the synthetic leather. Do not soak it in water, wash in a washing machine, nor dry in a dryer.
Perforated Synthetic / Natural Leather or Suede Upper: Leather and suede fabrics look great and are very durable, however they do not allow the foot to breathe easily. The solution is pressing perforated holes into the natural materials, so the air could circulate and allow the foot to stay cool and dry. Perforations tend to be placed in the areas, where the foot sweats the most - the sides, the heel and the toe. The amount of perforated holes tends to be kept to a minimum, so that too much water would not get in rainy weather conditions.
Flex Grooves: this is one of the most popular outsole enhancements in sports footwear. These are channels placed in the outsole & midsole to improve the responsiveness and flexibility of the shoe. The idea is to let the foot move naturally together with the shoe for additional comfort and to enhance the performance.
Inner lining: generally two types of fabric are used for inner lining - textile (natural) and synthetic fabrics. Textile fabrics that are mostly used in sports footwear manufacturing are cotton and viscose. They are the most comfortable and breathable. These fabrics are also absorbent, soft, durable, and can be washed by hand. Synthetic fabrics, mostly used for lining are polyester, acrylic and elastane, however they hardly absorb any moisture, and are not as breathable as natural lining fabrics.
